Despite the vomit appearance of the stuff in that milk jug, it should actually taste quite nice. It's Mead, a honey wine. For those who care to know and may want to do it yourself all it is is Honey, water, and yeast. You have to have somewhere it can sit for a long time, like a month, and also a jug or system that will absorb pressure without letting oxygen in, in my case a milk just and a balloon, the balloon fills ups with gas while the yeasts eat the sugar and make me alcohol. This no BOOM from no pressure escape. I sorta guessed at the quanties of all the ingredients you should do that, find a recipie. I think i should have used more water, it's actually supposed to look slightly yellow like a white wine. Alas, mine doesnt. but hey, trial and error! I will do it again better!
